The New 2023 version of Training Level test 3 now has a shallow loop serpentine! This is a serpentine that only goes to X.

This movement is a test of correct bending, balance, geometry, AND it's a coefficient (meaning it counts double). Doing this movement well is key to getting a good score at Training 3 and it will pay dividends for the future levels!
